Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Apollo Site website, instant preview tool, and related services (the “Service”) operated by Apollo Site (“Apollo”, “we”, “us”). By submitting a URL, creating an account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What the Service does

Apollo Site is a website builder for dental practices and medical clinics. The instant preview tool fetches publicly available content from a website URL you submit and uses that content, together with our templates and AI tooling, to generate a sample preview site for you to evaluate.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the practice you represent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. URL submissions and your representations

When you submit a URL to the instant preview tool, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own the website at that URL, or you have authorization from the owner to use its content with the Service;
  • You have the right to allow Apollo to fetch, copy, process, and display the publicly accessible content of that URL for the purpose of generating a preview;
  • The content at the URL does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; and
  • You are not submitting the URL to harass, defame, impersonate, or compete unfairly with any third party.

You grant Apollo a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to fetch, store, reproduce, adapt, and display the publicly available content from the submitted URL solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service to you. We only access content that is publicly available; we do not attempt to bypass logins, paywalls, or technical access controls.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit URLs you do not have the right to use;
  • Use the Service to copy, reproduce, or republish another business’s website without permission;
  • Interfere with, probe, or attempt to bypass the security or rate limits of the Service;
  • Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, misleading about a medical or dental practice, or that violates applicable healthcare advertising rules; or
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or any of its outputs.

5. Intellectual property

Apollo retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including our templates, software, designs, and branding. You retain all rights to the content you submit and to any content you create using the Service. The generated preview is provided to you for evaluation; if you do not become a paying customer, the preview may be deleted at any time.

6. AI-generated output

The Service uses third-party AI models to help generate previews. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or include errors. You are responsible for reviewing any generated content before relying on it or publishing it, particularly any clinical, regulatory, or pricing information.

7. Privacy

Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Apollo Site is not a substitute for legal, medical, or professional advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apollo and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amounts you paid to Apollo in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Apollo harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of (a) URLs or content you submit, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if continued access poses a risk to Apollo or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, give you additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
